As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Beyond Limits Care Foundation is committed to full transparency and financial accountability. Every dollar we raise goes directly toward making equine and sensory therapy free for special needs children — with no administrative costs deducted from program funds. Our financial records are available to the public, and we undergo annual audits to ensure responsible stewardship of donor contributions. We believe you deserve to know exactly how your gift is being used to transform children's lives.
Our nonprofit credentials, verified by the IRS
Public documents will be published upon completion of each fiscal year
Beyond Limits Care Foundation was incorporated in 2024 and received IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status the same year. Our first fiscal year ends in 2025, at which point we will file IRS Form 990 (or Form 990-N if applicable) and publish our first annual report. These documents will be made available here for public download. In the meantime, you can independently verify our tax-exempt status on the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search (search EIN 39-3949778). For a copy of our 501(c)(3) determination letter or any financial inquiries, please contact us directly.
Verified credentials that ensure accountability
Our SAM.gov registration enables us to apply for federal grants and contracts. The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is the official government-wide database for organizations doing business with the federal government. Our registration verifies our legal existence, tax status, and organizational details.
