Two high school students. One powerful mission. A foundation built on personal experience and a refusal to accept limits.

How It Began

Born From Personal Experience

Beyond Limits Care Foundation was born from a deeply personal place. Co-founder Francis Bisignano watched his autistic brother light up around horses — the calm, the connection, the confidence that emerged through those interactions was transformative.

But Francis also saw how many families like his couldn't access equine therapy because of the cost. Together with his close friend Dariel Rozinsky, who brings a passion for advocacy and community service, they decided to change that.

Despite being high school students at Council Rock North, they founded Beyond Limits Care Foundation — building a fully funded, professionally executed program that brings equine and sensory therapy to special needs children at absolutely no cost to their families.

With experience in local politics and community initiatives, Dariel brings his passion for advocacy and service. He's committed to expanding access to equine and farm-based therapies for special needs students across the region.

Inspired by his autistic brother's love for horses, Francis recognized the therapeutic power of animals. His personal connection fuels his commitment to helping special needs students discover growth and confidence through farm-based programs.

How We Operate

Beyond Limits Care Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We raise 100% of the necessary funds through grants, private donations, and business partnerships — so families never pay a single dollar for their child's therapy.
