Beyond Limits Care Foundation was founded in 2024 by two Newtown area high school students, Francis Bisignano and Dariel Rozinsky. What began as a class project to address a community need has grown into a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to equine therapy.
Francis and Dariel saw children in their community — many with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ADHD, and other special needs — who desperately needed the healing benefits of equine and sensory therapy. But high costs kept these therapeutic experiences out of reach. The two founders asked themselves: "Why should cost decide whether a child gets the care they need?" And they decided to do something about it.

Beyond Limits Care Foundation has secured a formal partnership with The Village Farm in Langhorne, PA — a therapeutic farm environment built specifically for children with special needs. We have obtained IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, registered with SAM.gov, and are eligible for the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Assistance Program.
Our inaugural cohort of children launches in April 2026. We are currently accepting referrals from schools, therapists, and medical providers in the Bucks County area. Our goal is to serve hundreds of children by 2028 — growing responsibly while maintaining the highest standards of care.
"We are proud to partner with Beyond Limits Care Foundation to bring free equine and animal therapy to children with special needs. Their dedication to removing financial barriers ensures that every child in our community can experience the healing power of the farm environment."
